You can place an order through our online shop.

You should pay for the order within 3 working days from placing it, otherwise it will be cancelled.

Maximum lead time is 7 days. The delivery of the parcel should take no longer than 1-2 working days on the territory of Poland. The delivery time in the European Union doesn't take longer than 14 working days. When ordering to countries from outside the EU, please contact us via e-mail to set up individual terms for your shipment.

To cancel a placed order you need to send an e-mail to info@alpacalma.com. Please include the name and surname of the person who has placed the order and the number of the order that you would like to cancel.

Purchased items can be returned within 14 days after the order completion and delivery. The items that are to be returned cannot have any traces of use, cannot be damaged and have to be returned in their original package with its contents. You also have to attach the proof of purchase with the returned items.

Shipping expenses for the return are paid by the customer.

The money are refunded as soon as the returned item is delivered and examined, which takes no longer than 14 working days.

If the order was placed correctly, our system should have automatically generated and sent a confirmation e-mail with the order confirmation. Please, check your SPAM folder. If the mail is not there, send us a message with the description of the situation at info@alpacalma.com.

ALPACALMA products should be cleaned according to the recommendations on the label.
